    Temporary Pass(.fsp):
    You need to import the correct 【Temporary pass(.fsp) 】 to open the Signing-Document to ensure that confidential document are not leaked

    Usage of 【Temporary pass(.fsp) 】: 1. You : Download the 【Temporary pass(.fsp) 】and set the custom password(not necessary), and send to the assigned person.
    2. The assigned person : Import the【Temporary pass(.fsp)】and input the password(if it set) to open the Signing-Document.



    ★The System will not save the custom password, make sure to remember it.
    ★For details, please refer to 【FAQ】and search for【What is the Temporary pass(.fsp) ?】
    【Temporary pass(.fsp)】identity:
    The E-mail address you input that will become the identity of the【Temporary pass(.fsp)】
    After importing the temporary pass, all the items’assigned person which are the same as the E-mail can be filled in or sign.


    Document Password:
    If the document is set to 【The items are assigned somebody to fill in or sign】
    please send the Signing-Document to the assigned person through the system 【Send the Signing-Document】button, and tell him the password to sign.

    ★To ensure the person who fills in is the correct recipient, the already specified items cannot be filled in when pressing【Opening the Signing-Document】button and copying the URL to go to the website
